Believe it or not, I've never seen a rack of lamb before. But I love lamb - a favorite meat of the Greeks. I love Greek food and will most often get a cut of lamb either sliced or skewered. I've had the individual lamb "lollipops". I'm pretty sure they are cut from the rack. Absolutely delicious.We buy from these guys for special occasions..great quality.

But that's an expensive piece of meat. So I'd want to share it with people as enamored of that meat as me. Unfortunately most of the people I know who I would share that with are not lamb eaters.
