Western Union Limits

What is the limit to send and recieve without WU invading privacy, i.e.

No need for that kind of comment in a sports forum.

The sportsforums - this one and the others - have all had many threads on WU.

Moving money to sportsbooks offshore is a common concern.

What is your point?

I do not trust WU with any amount being sent to obvious gaming locations. I would still use them but you must weigh the risks if you worry over such things.

The maximum amount of money to send WU with no ID submitted or other questions is $ 999.99

There is no non-ID number for receiving funds.

At $ 3,000.00 send or reeive there is additional paperwork to be filled out, and this is kept on record for a few years by law.

i have been using western union for over 6 years now


mostly deposit under 1k
and most of my withdrawals r under 3k

never had a problem........


just waiting for that knock on my door anyday now..lol

depends on the location.......

i have been "asked" to show id for recieving amounts as low as $500.00...

recieving anything more than $1,000 is a time consuming process that requires paperwork.....mulitple checks will be written on amounts over $1,000....ie 3k, three seperate checks to sign..
