The ACC has been playing better competition? I hope you don't mean in their own division because the ACC is as weak as it comes. Give me one solid argument as to the ACC being a good division. I'm sorry but Miami and FSU haven't been good for a few years now and VT gets smoked anytime they play a good team on the road or on a neutral field. The ACC is very bad. Just drop that argument because you're wasting your breath.

acc and sec traditionally have the best defenses in the country. hell, miami had one of the best defenses in the country last year. same with georgia tech. i dont think anyone is making the acc out to be great. the conf as a whole isnt what its been, primarily because the QBs within the conf are horrible. but the defenses, much like the sec, are very good.

I'd take WVU ML over LSU. LSU a a tad overrated this year as is the SEC - though they have been the best conference over the past 10 years.

Well why not offer your wisdom seymour. My point is WV has played as good a season as any one loss team. LSU had a couple of shaky wins and Oregon and Oklahoma have not had any better of a season than the Mountaineers. WV lost on the road because of 6 turnovers. Every other game has been pretty easy for WV. Bring on the BCS bowl and they will end the season the top ranked 1 loss team.
