They're gone. Funny thing is they took their tent w/ them. Probably rinsed it off somewhere else. They left behind some garbage and even worse a 3 needles. (fuckheads) My neighbor and I cleaned up the area.

It wouldn't be that hard to get the illegal camper to move on, if city owned property the police could visit and say you have 24 hours to get your ass out of here or be arrested.

If privately owned, the owner won't want you there and the police will do the same
It should be a simple enough fix either way, imo

I know someone that put up a mini-barb wire on top of his fence after his neighbors house was burglarized - a trespasser (more like burglar) climbed it - got cut and sued him for the injuries - the case was not thrown out

Exactly. The fuck are the police gonna do? I made a call 2 months ago on a suspicious persons call. there's always overnight break ins. Police didn't show for 25 minutes to do some half- assed drive by. I sure as hell know nothing won't get done if they call em regarding the homeless guys.

My neighbor and I solved the problem quicker and w/o incident. We didn't beat the bums up. They just got a little wet and maybe itchy smelling like plant food.
