As if we didn't know this Koskien guy was lying. He should spend at least the next 10 years of his life in prison, along with Lerner and I am sure a few others. I hope this is true, gonna be quite the laugh.

Now before the loons in here start trying to put words in my mouth, I am in no way committing myself to saying this will ever get anywhere. Doesn't even have to, just goes to show you how fucking corrupt these IRS assholes are.

Much like the liberals do, they hold others to a higher standard than they hold themselves to.

Subpoenas, sworn affidavits, court hearings, a judge's order to produce ALL evidence...yet nothing could be found.

Surprise! The e-mails are all there on backup and have been all along...as anyone with an ounce of IT knowledge could have told you months ago. A low-level Geek Squad employee could probably extract these "missing" items from the archives within minutes.

It's not that they hold others to a higher standard, Gas. They just think they are above the law and have zero respect for any law or anyone who gets in their way of their corruption. Welcome to Chicago-style politics. You're right, though...here should be dozens of people getting hauled off to a prison cell for this. If you get tipped that the Feds are going to raid your business and they catch you shredding or destroying evidence, they don't take kindly to that. Neither should the American populace.

I don’t have a clue what that means but it does sound like Alinsky should have said it.

Before she took the fifth she stated that she had not done "anything" wrong. If this all comes out in the wash then at the very least she lied to Congress under oath. She thought she was being smart by saying what she said before she took the fifth so the irony would be that what she said can and will be used against her. Being a lawyer she should have known better. It shows the elitist attitude of those who were involved in the IRS scandals. Taking her down would have a sobering effect on others in the IRS who fall in that category.

Problem is you have Eric Holder who is only interested in prosecuting things that are white or conservative.

A special counsel should have been appointed months ago, and if this were a bunch of IRS agents targeting Democrats, this would already be in court.

Wow...u haven't been in this forum for months and this is your walkout post? Do you even have a fucking clue as to why a special counsel gets appointed in matters like these? Do you know what a special counsel is?

Are u ok with what the IRS did with regard to this matter? Hiw about the destruction of evidence? Lies under oath? Deceit?

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The IRS says it has lost emails from five more workers who are part of congressional investigations into the treatment of conservative groups that applied for tax exempt status.
The tax agency said in June that it could not locate an untold number of emails to and from Lois Lerner, who headed the IRS division that processes applications for tax-exempt status. The revelation set off a new round of investigations and congressional hearings.

An absolute fucking joke. I should just invent some bullshit business expenses next year and tell them "Hey, the copies of the receipts were on my now lost hard drive" if I get audited.

Any resident dims care to defend this? Corruption is like breathing for these sacks of shit.
