That really was some risky coaching by Calhoun, to leave starters in that long......and i think he is a damn good coach, but that was bad..
And no, this isnt sour grapes, as my bet was lost by halftime, and no im not crying "fixed", cuz he was playing them well after the "cover" was in hand....He had the cover by 18 points, and the starters were still in....I really cant explain it......But its very surprising....Only with about 3 minutes left, did he finally pull them out, and they were ahead by 62 at the time........There should not have been one starter in that game with 10 minutes left, and up by 50.......Not when you are team contending for a national championship....one hard foul, one twisted knee, etc, could spell the end of it, and you were ahead by 50?....The fans and alumni, would have been all over it......
The guy is a great coach, but really 'risked" alot today to get a 60 point win.....
