I was told he invoked the Insurrection Act of 1807 in Jan 2021 (part of ongoing COG) and to my knowledge hasn't been rescinded - still in effect.

This new EO (14287) references the conditions, but doesn't explicitly mention the IA already active. Probably a legal technicality, but he keeps saying "it hasn't been necessary yet.."
