The police report said "the emergency room doctor called the department and said there may have been a domestic that may have resulted in injuries". Officers were dispatched to the hospital

The officers concluded there was no assault and there were no injuries. The defendants were charged with domestic disturbance .

The reporter working remotely falsely reported that I was arrested for domestic disturbance that resulted in injuries. Why did he choose to report something inaccurately? Tradition I guess
