We were having a domestic dispute, meaning she was following me around and yelling at me. She began to hyperventilate, I called 911. We went to the emergency room and told the truth. We had no idea about domestic violence laws. The emergency room doctor is required by law to call the police department. The doctor said "there may have been a domestic assault that may have resulted in injuries. Two policemen show up, interviewed me, interviewed Lisa. The police officers inspected my body. The doctor inspected Lisa's body. They all concluded there were no injuries. We were both arrested like you would a speeding ticket. Handed a piece of paper with a promise to appear in court. No handcuffs, no mug shot, no time in jail, just a piece of paper.
The next day we both show up in court, never even contacted an attorney, no need to. The judge asked her if I hit her, she asked me if she hit me, she said dismissed and if I ever see you in my court again I'm going to fine you $ 1,000
So there were no injuries buffoon, and if there were, then there would have been a conviction.
One newspaper misquoted the emergency room doctor. The Hartford Courant police blotter said I was arrested for domestic assault that resulted in injuries. The police report says no such thing.
So again, you think you're smart, you think you know something, but you're just a fucked in the head scam artist. And your conclusion is categorically incorrect. You're not even smart enough to know what you're reading.
