It isn't the illegals per se. Our economy absorbed them just fine when they trickled in.
But they surged in under Biden and disrupted all prices for citizens. Especially the cities where most lower class Americans live. Illegals came into a fixed housing marketplace with government vouchers in hand and allowed landlords to increase apartment prices at an unprecedented rate forcing lower class working Americans into even more poverty sending them to the government for programs to rescue them from homelessness.
That's who got screwed most by Democrat policy towards illegals - the lower class working Americans.
