He's right about this situation. I trust Willie's version of what happened.
Why is it so hard for you two to accept what he has taken the time to delineate more than once.
And why does he need to explain things more than once?
Let it go. Things get misinterpreted all the time by individuals and by the news media. Maybe you've heard the term "fake news". It doesn't just apply to political reporting.
Leave Willie alone. Grow up. Bringing this subject up is way not cool. I expect more from you. Avocado? He's just clueless. He at minimum should have apologized to Willie and shut up. But he can't let it go. What good is a phony apology when he keeps harping on the same subject or uses his buddies to do the same?

People have let it go lol I acknowledged it was wrong to bring it up and have apologized. I’m also allowed to believe whatever the fuck I want to believe.
He also false accused me of leaving a negative review on his business, blatantly lied about me being a scammer with zero evidence (and a history of nothing but clean and friendly wagers with me) all because he was mad at me about bringing up his past. Do you think being upset justifies outright, repeated lying? How do you condone that behavior?
And you’re not even considering that Willie had been a provocative asshole for weeks leading up to me throwing that jab. Constantly labeling me this and that simply because my ideology is different from him. I constantly propose civil debate about certain political issues, because he seems to assume every single liberal has a certain view on every topic. But he never wants to. Do you condone that behavior too?
I don’t hate Willie, and have gotten along well with him throughout the years. I don’t think he’s a bad human being. But he is 100% a stubborn asshole.

I agree with you 100% Mich.. My Grandparents with my Mother and Aunt came to this country from Czechoslovakia in the mid 1920's, they had a sponsor here and they went to the local high school, learned English got Legal and paid their own way just in time for the Great Depression. There were no special interpeters at every bank federal building grocery store etc to help them, or the Germans, Italians, Irish and every other ethnic group that came to the USA during that period of time.. THEY ALL LEARNED ENGLISH and got LEGAL CITIZENSHIP PAPERS which so few refuse to do now they survived and were productive. My Grandfather was a Baker, My Mom and Aunt went to school worked for Ma Bell till they got married. My Dad died when I was 3 but my Mom continued to raise us in the old fashioned style, I grew up with all these groups and they were PROUD to be Americans. Yes immigrants are dear to me but I believe the Republicans were the ones who started this with Bush JR. letting 20 million immigrants into the country to get the votes and work for the Rich Republicans at low labor costs to boost their business profits.. This country is in need of strong immigration reform
