Here is the first game of the week. There will be more games added throughout the week. Last week I went 0-1 ATS on Iliinois who turned the ball over too much. Its tough to win many games when you throw three interceptions. The Juice was not loose, but instead got squeezed. The first game will take place in my home city of the A-T-L. I know several people that are Georgia Tech alumni, but I'm going against them this week. I'm sure I'll annoy some of them ,but that is fine. I like Free Shoes University as we call them around here. I think Spurrier coined the term back in the 1990's when he was coaching Florida and the Seminoles were caught in a Foot Locker scandal. Georgia Tech comes in as a dog at 1.5. This is intriguing because they were a double-digit home favorite last week. The natural reaction would be that Tech will bounce back at home. Furthermore, some will think it is a bargain to get Tech as a home dog when they were big home chalk last week. Easy money, right. Wrong. Tech is now in a 6-28 ATS situation based on that fact. In addition, Tech is one dimensional on offense even though they would argue its an option. Basically, Tech is a running team. This just in. Florida State is allowing less than 80 yards against the run. Thus, Florida State can stop their strength. I also like the fact that the Seminole offense has showed some improvement this year which has been their Achilles Heel since Mark Richt left for Georgia. They put up 440 yards on a Miami-Florida team that has allowed less than 300 on the year. I respect Georgia Tech's defense, but I think their weakness is in the secondary. I think Seminole QB Ponder should be able to make some plays in a more balanced Florida State attack. Furthermore, Florida State is still in the hunt for an ACC title while Georgia Tech dug themselves into a hole with a loss to Virginia. Now the Cavaliers and the Hokies have the tiebreaker on them. Most Tech alumni I know like Paul Johnson, but do not like the fumbles his offense keeps creating. If you don't run it perfectly then problems happen. This Tech team is still learning the scheme and is a running a more simplified offense. TAKE FLORIDA STATE -1.5

Here is another game. I expect more to be added throughout the week. This Saturday night the Utah Utes visit the
Land of Enchantment to play the New Mexico Lobos. Utah comes in as undefeated road chalk late in the season. I'm fully aware that Penn State, Alabama, and Boise State had no problem with that last week. However, none of them fit the situation that Utah is in this week. The Utes are on the road after a bye while being undefeated with a few other parameters. This helps put the Lobos in a huge situational system that is 27-1 ATS over the past decade. Furthermore, this is the Lobos last home game since they have two more road games on deck. In addition, New Mexico had a few extra days rest since they played last Thursday and now are a Home Dog wtih Revenge. On top of that, the Lobos are 4-5 on the year. Thus, this game becomes a playoff game for them. The Lobos have piles of emotion on their side. I know that the Utes are good at stopping the run while the Lobos are a running team. However, the Lobos have too much emotion and situations on their side.

As long as the line stays at Georgia Tech favored by less than 5 then it is an additional 2-8 ATS for the system which brings it to 8-36 ATS, I hope the NOLES kick some Jacket *** after the reverse line move crap

Adding another game.
Pittsburgh +4.5 against Notre Dame
Pittsburgh is in a big road bounce-back system that is
29-4 ATS. ND has beaten average or below average teams. Their two losses are to North Carolina and Michigan State (which I think Pittsburgh is at their level) Pittsburgh is also
3-0 SU on the road this year and 2-1 ATS. The one game where they were a Road Dog the Panthers pulled off the double-digit dog upset against South Florida. Furthermore, Notre Dame is usually overvalued. Pitt's McCoy is one of the best in the nation. Notre Dame faced another great back in Javon Ringer and lost the game 23-7. I like Pitt here. Good value along with great system.

First game will start in an hour. I know the Pitt QB is probably out, but I'm expecting a heavy does of McCoy anyway. Hopefully, the Noles -1.5 will quiet all the touts on
Georgia Tech. Furthermore, we are on Vegas's side with New Mexico since we are against the public. Good luck

2-1 ATS for the day and and 9-6 ATS YTD (60%). Almost had a 3-0 ATS but Florida State fumbled on the goaline very late in the game, but I'll take it. More weekly writeups next week.
