Orleans Saints vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers New Orleans opened the year with two sparkling offensive performances, but fizzled last week against the Chiefs, and lost starting quarterback Derek Carr with an oblique injury. Spencer Rattler will man an offense focused on ball control and Alvin Kamara. For Tampa Bay, Mayfield continues to look like one of the most-poised quarterbacks in the league, and with a pair of elite wide receivers at his disposal, he'll find a way to move the ball downfield. The Buccaneers enter this game as the healthier, more stable team, with a chance to solidify their hold on the NFC South. The Buccaneers enter this game as the healthier, more stable team, with a chance to solidify their hold on the NFC South. With a focus on controlling the line of scrimmage and executing better in the second half, Tampa Bay is well-positioned to take advantage of a Saints team dealing with injuries and a rookie quarterback. With a focus on controlling the line of scrimmage and executing better in the second half, Tampa Bay is well-positioned to take advantage of a Saints team dealing with injuries and a rookie quarterback. New Orleans has failed to cover the spread in two of their last three, as they struggle to cover again at home in this one. I anticipate this being an ugly game, with the Buccaneers' defense getting after the youngster. My Bet Buccaneers -3 [ buying hook] Hedging Money Line Buccaneers -$ 175 X 5 [Press]

Philadelphia Eagles vs Cleveland Browns Jalen Hurts has always played better at home, and he gets the return of wide receivers DeVonta Smith and AJ Brown. Running back Saquon Barkley has fit like a glove in the offense as he continues to be a beast. This is going to be a high scoring game as the Eagles try to prove that everything is right while the Browns are desperate for a win. The Eagles looked quite listless on both sides in their latest effort versus the Bucs. Philadelphia ended up with just 227 total yards (114 passing), 16 first downs, and a pair of lost fumbles. The defense gave up 445 yards (334 passing) and 29 first downs on the other side. As for Cleveland, they posted just 212 total yards (108 passing), 13 first downs, and 1-of-13 on third-down tries in their latest loss to the Commanders. The Browns defense gave up 434 yards (215 rushing) and 20 first downs but did have a pair of takeaways.

Philadelphia’s last game, a 33-16 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, exposed several weaknesses. Without key players such as wide receivers A.J. Brown (hamstring) and DeVonta Smith (concussion), and All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson (concussion), the Eagles quickly fell behind 24-0. They were outgained 445-227 by Tampa Bay, and Hurts struggled to get the offense moving.
However, the bye week provided the Eagles with time to recover. Brown, Smith, and Johnson were all full participants in Wednesday’s practice and are expected to return to action against the Browns. Their presence will be crucial as the Eagles aim to bounce back. Neither team is trending in the right direction, but I like Philly to cover here thanks to the extra prep. My Bet Philadelphia - 8 1/2

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Las Vegas Raiders Pittsburgh comes into this matchup on a two-game losing streak and they are coming off of a heartbreaking loss to the Cowboys, but they should bounce back here. Las Vegas is a mess right now and they have allowed 34 and 36 points in two of their last three games. I think the Steelers will find plenty of success on both sides of the ball and the defense should feast against either quarterback. Pittsburgh has only let one team score more than 20 points all season. Their pass rush should feast on a shaky Raiders offensive line. Las Vegas isn't a threat to run the ball effectively. Sunday's turnover battle should heavily favor the Steelers. Pittsburgh will stop the bleeding this weekend with a much-needed victory. Expect them to win by more than three points. Take the Steelers to bounce back with a nice performance here. My Bet Pittsburgh -2 1/2 [buying the hook]

My betting system alters a win/loss record for the year. I base my record by my bankroll. bankroll system I use is my money management. My Strategy is I do not bet same amount on each game. I press bets sometimes and play money line bets. Why I think win-loss record is overrated because in my option most gamblers bet sports do not bet the same on every game. If its contest or pools that's justified with a rating. My goal is at end of season to have 3x my bankroll, or hoping more? /LOL !!

This is WR A.J. Brown first home game in ‘24, so I expect the Birds to get him heavily involved against the reeling Browns. Aside from WR A.J. Brown shining downfield, expect Barkley to continue his brilliance, too. The running back has been a perfect addition to Philly's offense, ranking third in the entire league in rushing yards with 435. Cleveland is looking utterly hopeless, as Deshaun Watson and Co. have failed to surpass 20 points once this season. Philly should easily be able to cover on home turf. My prediction Eagles win by 2 touchdown s at home
