Quick write ups
Week 6
2* Miami -2.5: A game I had circled since before the season. FSU passing attack is non existent and that happens to be the Canes weakness as I pointed out last week. Miami is more balanced on offense right now and are at home. Lastly Shannon has been talking about this one since before the season. Expect a big effort.
2* OSU -2.5: Pryor will pose major problems for Wisky D while Wisky lack of balance on offense will spell trouble against sweater vest.
2* Iowa State +14 (hook): Had the line at 11 as I think this home dog will give KU all it can handle. This team led by Chizik is much different at home.
2* Utah -10 (hook): Line should have been 14. We do know why is not.
1* Texas Tech -6: Looking to middle. Knew this line would only go up.
1* ASU +10: Way too many points for a fallable Cal team to cover. Dennis has two weeks to prepare and I see a different Sun Devil team come Saturday. Simply too much value here.
1* Purdue +12: taking these boilers once more. Feel Juice exposed PSU pass defense and Painter is usually much better at home.
1* Arizona -19: Don't see how a one man team (who is hurt) can stay with these flying cats.
1* ILL +3 (hook): At the end of the day ILL is still ahead of Michigan and getting 3 left me with no options.
1* Florida -22: Name that score.
1* New Mexico -11: Line should be 14 IMHO. Too much value in this spot.

No way miami should be favored in this game. Fsu defense will eat them alive! Fsu passing game much better than nc and there 6th string qb. This fsu team is for real and could beat anybody in the country with that d. Miami running game will get shut down and the qb for Miami cant beat anyone. Fsu qb improving every week. Fsu going to have no problems running the ball. My personal opinion is fsu wins this game easily and they are very underrated at this point in the season. :smoking:
I'm on the other side of this one. Got in at +10.5 and will get more when it hits +12 (eventually).
Everyone is thinking Utah will steamroll the Beavers the way Penn State did in Happy Valley in the early part of the season. Most of the betting public think OSU will suffer a HUGE emotional letdown after their epic "upset" of USC.
Perhaps the oddsmakers set this early number because they think the Beavers found an identity with that USC victory. Young RB Jacquizz Rodgers is the real deal. If USC's vaunted D had trouble with him, I think Utah will also.
Don't get me wrong, I certainly do see a Utah victory. I just think the cover won't be as easy as everyone thinks. Good luck with your play! :toast:
Score prediction:
VOR, I'm probably going to pass on the O-State game, but I do think they will handle a soft Wisconsin team even though they seem to have a few more adjustments they need to make.
As far as your other Big Ten plays go, I think you are canceling out a good play on Purdue by taking Illinois. Michigan got just what they needed last week and Illinois' defense makes me laugh. GL with whatever you choose.

hey not bashing or anything like that, I just dont get when people say "sharp" like what does that mean??? why are these plays sharp to you. I see that alot in forums from all kinds of people but in the betting world outside of forums no one I know says "sharp"

SM: I have no problem with your line of questioning whatsoever. My personal interpretation of a "sharp play" is when one simply deems a line being compromised due mainly to perception. Having said that we can all make a case on how any play can be labeled sharp so in effect it really is an overused term that lacks substance haha. So what I'm trying to say my title is a mere illusion to the fact that I'm just a decent capper that anticipates well (or I would like to think). Hows that for a crappy answer
