Dont try to over analyze the game and try to be a hero and take arizona.

Dallas will win and cover take them while the line is low, no need for the long write ups and explanations and what not. If you watch football you'll know whos the stronger team. None of this bullshit suck bet blah blah.

Pick of the week: DALLAS COWBOYS -5

I think you're right.

Arizona is overvalued right now because of their win vs. the Bills who were due for a let down. AZ got lucky Trent Edwards got knocked out of the game during the first play of the game. Losman is horrible back there.

Also half the stadium will be Cowboys fans, as we all know there is no real cardinals fan base.

how would betting on one of the strongest home teams in the nfl (relative to their home/away splits) be heroic?

watching football tells me this: dallas is a good football team.
watching football also tells me this: arizona can compete with anyone in the league if they take care of the football.

cardinals are a good home team despite an apathetic crowd. that actually speaks to them being a solid team based on merit - not a homefield edge that makes an inferior team better.

I make a line 2 ways...one has az +1, the other az+3. I'll wait 'til gameday to try a grab as many pts as possible on the home dog.

cards are solid at home. cowboys actually havnt played THAT well this year. their defense is garbage, just a bunch of airheads on d. cards can put up 35 here with ease possibly. the question is...do the cowboys score 40?

contenders for the 1st overall pick in the next draft, yes.

its at times like this im just happy the Chicago Cubs are around, cuz they make our futility record seem like peanuts.

I love this over,
Jerry Jones loves to watch his team score, TO only had one TD last week, TO wil get 2 TD this week because he has a huge ego and even more talent; and on the other side of the ball their is a gun slinger who is being given a second chance who used to run the greatest show on turf,

Im a gutless square but give me the over

The over is not a square bet. Dallas has a high-powered offence but no defence. And they're on the road against a solid home team that loves to score but has mediocre defence. On top of that, the Cowboys will be hungry after 2 poor outings (losing to the Skins and barely beating Cincy), while the Cards will be looking to get a huge win to bolster their hopes of division dominance.

It's about making the right decision. Any time you have 2 high scoring teams with no defence in an important game, you can expect a shootout.

This is definitely my GOTW, gl to you my friend.

Disagree. you saw what Arizona did at home to Buffalo last week, and Miami before that. The Cards always have been a different team at home and this season is no different. Would not be surprised one bit to see Arizona win su. Dallas has shown they have had a tough time stopping teams at times, and Arizona is no slouch on offense. I can see Arizona winning a 31-28 type ball game

Totally agree. Although I think the Cowboys will shape up after a couple lousy outings, I'm definitely leery of the Cards at home. They will be handful. If the line stays between +5-6 it might be worth a punt on the Cards.

dallas has the d-line to get pressure on warner, that will be enough to get turnovers, picks, and a COVER!
