NFL PICK 4 Contest Rules

First I would like to thank everyone for joining in the fun this fall and winter, we had a great contest last year, everyone who participated followed the simple rules, and we didn't have any mix-ups with people forgetting to post plays or being late....
The rules are very simple...
* all plays are -110
*make 4 side selections each and every week in one post, before the 1 o'clock games start, by 12:55 eastern time.
* each play counts the same
* no editing , please...any editing after the games start, will result in an 0-4 day.
* ties count as ties, the standings are kept and posted each week, the standings will be counted as follows...
* example, if your record is 20-12 you are + 6.80 units forthe season, if your record is 20-10-2 you are +9.00 units, which is obviously a better record...
*lines will be posted on wednesdays, you may post plays anytime after that, in the contest thread....
*if you have to be away and need to post your plays early, you can and you will receive the wednesday lines.
* there will be a few exceptions when we will have games before Sunday , like Thanksgiving, Christmas and late season saturday games. on those occasions we will allow for more than one post, if you choose to make selections on those early games.

It is a big deal and here is why...suppose down the stretch you're trailing the top guy by two games, you make your selections, and then see his, then you come back and want to edit/switch plays just to have a better shot at catching him...that's just one scenario, so many ways to cause a problem if editing/switching plays a couple days after posting your original selections...
Yeah, i see what u mean on that point. Doesn't really apply to my case, but it's ok. I wasn't in the contest last yr, so i didnt know u cant make a new post and use that instead of your old plays. I thought your "editing" rule was in place, so ppl wouldnt edit their post and change plays while the games started to prevent cheating. I wasn't aware that u couldnt make a new post as long as it was in b4 gametime. In my other contests i can do whatever up until gametime. I guess i just didn't understand the rules.
