Eagles +2.5 and over 46.5

Philadelphia falls into the perfect situation. The Jets coming off a 2-0 start after a thrilling away win at Indianapolis. They have forced 10 turnovers in 2 games. Problem is that they haven't been tested this year with Cleveland and a seemingly terrible offensive line in Indy. Although the Eagles Oline hasn't played up to snuff of late, I think Chip will spend every second of practice figuring out why these guys haven't executed and get it figured out this week. This Eagles offense is too talented to not score points, and I feel this veteran oline will figure it out. I'm seeing Darelle revis sat out of practice today due to a groin injury. I'm not sounding the alarms like everyone else is about these Eagles. Their oline who has sucked still has Peters, Johnson and kelce playing. They will turn it around and everything else will benefit. If Murray doesn't play, which I doubt, sproles and Matthews wouldn't miss a beat.

Now to the over and the defensive side of the ball. Again another shot at a value line. Entire world assumes Eagles broken and done, oline bounces back for Eagles and they run up the score. I would play this over up to 50. Kiko out, Cedric Thornton out, Kendricks not looking good. That should help the jets score. Revis sits out practice Wednesday due to groin injury. Will be be 100%? This isn't indi's oline, there is some talent. Take the over and the birds to the bank!

I'll post my Dallas under writeup later, but you can probably take a wild guess why I like this. Hint BW

Per rotoworld

QB Matthew Stafford (ribs) practiced fully Wednesday. Stafford is expected to play.

DeMarco Murray - RB - Eagles

ESPN's Adam Caplan reports DeMarco Murray's hamstring injury isn't serious.

It's good news, but Murray's Week 3 status is considered questionable. There should be more clarity on Murray after the Eagles practice Thursday. Losing Murray would be another setback to a run game that's managed 70 yards through the first two weeks.

Dallas under 45

Really like both defenses in this one. The Cowboys came into season lacking talented running backs, but have lost their top wide receiver and starting quarterback through 2 weeks. They're hoping Romo returns vs the redskins and hope to go 4-5 until then. They certainly want to win this one at home and will ask their defense to fill the gap their offense won't produce. This could happen, but I don't think so. Atlanta's defense is also dynamic and has played strong this year. They force punts and get after the qb with Beasley and Jarrett. Weeden will be running for his life if they don't get their terrible run game going. Their saying Wittens hurt but he will gut it out as usual good or bad. I really don't see Cowboys getting more then 13 in this one. I do see a close game. 16-13 falcons.

Detroit +3 +105

Lions at home coming off an 0-2 start with their backs against the wall with Arizona and Seattle on deck. Stafford showing pure leadership skills playing through rib injury and team is going to go win one for him. Denver is running for less then three yards a carry and will have to rely on their used up 39 year old's arm to win this one. Detroit will key on Thomas to shut down Denver's offense. Getting Waddle back will help Detroit's oline establish the run with abdullah and keep Denver's pass rush at bay. Add Prater wanting to stick it to his old team I predict a 3 point win by Detroit 23-20. Good luck!

New Orleans/Carolina over 43

I know Drew Brees is out but New Orleans defense gives up 6.6 yds a play. They flat out suck. Carolina should put up 35 itself. Total is a lowly 43 with everyone focused on Brees. Kuechly sits again giving my boy Luke a few seconds to make some plays and put up 13 pts on Carolina. 35-13
