1-1 on larger plays last week. Like these Friday.

Texas -7 Glad I waited for the number to come down. Michigan has had plenty of underperforming games at home, even when their team was much better than this version. The difference in QBs is always a good capping strategy for me. Texas lost a few key guys from last year, but Michigan lost a ton. New HC might be fine for UM, but it's the new coordinators/ new systems that can take some time for players to adjust to. Michigan's defense just looked noticeably less dominant last week vs. a middling MW Fresno team. Texas team also has a very good running game to go with a strong pass game.

Ole Miss -10 1Q MTSU might just be in the worst FBS team category this year. Their struggle with a terrible FCS team, Tenn. Tech, says something. Looking to adjust the 1H line when it comes available down to -27...then will bet that too.

Oklahoma St. -6 1H This line jumped today. Gundy has a way of winning early season games and bowl games. Impressed with win vs. #1 FCS team SD State last week. Arkansas dominated Ark. Pine Bluff last week, but like Tenn. Tech, they are bottom feeders in the FCS. Playing such a low-level cupcake hurts them I think going on the road game 1 vs. an improved Okie St. team. Taylen Green struggled passing accurately last season at Boise, and I'm betting he hasn't gotten his mechanics figured out yet.

Cal +7.5 1H This Cal team might surprise this season. Auburn just looks kind of so-so offensively, the OL was awful last year, and the D might be pedestrian SEC this year. Also played a complete bum last week.

Good Luck ofred! :clover:

Am a big Michigan fan and that secondary besides Johnson didn't look so good last week. Took a GOY Texas -3.5 bet in August. The -7 looks good too.
Prop; Ewers over 250 yds passing +110. DK
Thinking Wolvs handle the run, not the pass.

Thanks for this. I think UM passing game, offense in general, in for a rough day.

SMU is one of those overhyped preseason teams. They and BYU both are in for some rough times ahead...although their Ds are respectable.

SD State +6 (-112) Watched Oregon State last week vs. Idaho State. ISU played all 4 of their QBs in what seemed like a tryout type game. I'm not sold on the belief that OSU's run game and OL are that good. Idaho St. was at a distinct size disadvantage on their DL/ front 7. OSU also might have some issues at QB, while SD State is playing a true frosh. The Aztecs had a great 2nd half last week after a rough start. Road game for the Beavers the week before their Duck rivalry game. Got to think they are looking ahead. SD State also rebuilding, but their run game is pretty strong, and it'll be day and night for the OSU D vs. Idaho State's run D. The points could come into play, but I think the Aztecs win outright.

Smaller plays:

Georgia Southern +1 Nevada has covered twice, but I think they'll regress here to what we "thought" they'd be- bad. Georgia Southern plays poor D, but it likely won't hurt them much vs. a weak Nevada offense that lacks downfield passing and team speed. GS also might be one of those teams that can beat teams that can't keep up in the scoring.

South Florida +31 Alabama won impressively last week, but I wonder if they are a few steps down this year. With the S. Florida QB, Byrum Brown, there is a true dual threat that can move the ball downfield, score a few times and eat clock. How long does Bama go with Milroe and risk injury 2nd half.

Texas Tech +1.5 Wazzu's QB Mateer had 11 completions for 352 yards, but Portland State absolutely could not tackle. Their D was a joke. But PSU was able to run and pass on the Cougars. Huge change in level of talent this week vs. Texas Tech. If the TT QB, Behren Morton, has improved on his turnovers, Tech will be a dangerous dark horse team this year. Scoring 70 was too easy and their in-state rivals, the Huskies, are next week.

You're welcome. Now trying to get the game bet.
Ole Miss covering at this point in the 4th. However, Kiffin is being an idiot keeping Dart in the game. He gets injured during this romp, Kiffin will be rightly slammed for a long time.
