Those lines would seem about right, nice job

No they don't. Wild bill is way off on some of them. The jets line should be nearly twice what he has them at.

My guess as to odds to make it to the playoffs

AFC
Broncos -10,000
Jets -7500
Bengals -off the board
Titans - off the board
Chiefs - off the board
Jags - off the board

NFC
Packers -175
Rams -250
Panthers +260
Giants +3500
Falcons +12500

AFC is a done deal
NFC --still muddied

So if Jax beats KC, then Denver is in the playoffs making their game against SF meaningless? Is that right?

Correct - Game would only be relevant in terms of seeding

The odds are based on just these teams just making the playoffs---I'm ranking the Packers against these teams listed. So, in this case there is no comeback.

If the GIANTS lose,........ having the RAMS lose is only ONE result where the PACKERS can control their own destiny.............. a CAROLINA win OR or an ATLANTA win accomplishes the samething as the RAMS losing.

So three things must happen for the PACKERS to gain playoffs..........

1. GIANTS lose............a MUST

2. PACKERS win............a MUST

3. Have just ONE of the following happen........RAMS LOSE, CAR WIN, or ATL win.

Really so Panthers going into Saints team already with 1st round bye can eliminate the Rams needing to lose scenario

Wow...Im not a pack fan by far, But want them to get in so many can continue to laugh:lol: at the sacks of shit with talent(i.e. panthers, falcons, giants) who all cost me big bucks this year

Yep, if Redskins beat Giants Saturday, then any ONE of the 1pm/4pm games need to happen to just allow the Packers only needing a win to get in...

<script>document.write(formatTime('%I:%M %p', 1167588000))</script>1:00 pm Carolina at New Orleans
<script>document.write(formatTime('%I:%M %p', 1167588000))</script>1:00 pm St. Louis at Minnesota
<script>document.write(formatTime('%I:%M %p', 1167599700))</script>4:15 pm Atlanta at Philadelphia

I mean, that's a near shoo-in when asking for "only 2" other things to happen first before (Redskins winning; then any one of Car/Min/Atl to win) needing to win your own game.... (but will Bears roll over? that's the big question...)

It would be kind of cool if the Pack gets in, just for excitement value, if nothing else.

I honestly am betting Moneyline on the Skins Sat. I truly see them showing up to kick the Giants out of the playoff picture after the Giants beat them back in October.

I'm thinking about doing the same.... not that Strahan's injury is a HUGE factor, but I'm surprised the line still is holding at -2.5 on NYG. I actually expected NYG to open more than -3 favorites on the road anyway! So it was a surprise to see them open -1 then quickly up to -2.5. I think it would have continued PAST the -3 line if *not* for Strahan's season-ending injury.

That said, can't see any wrong in finding nice value in betting Redskins on the ML, yeah.....I know it'll be within-one-score kind of game all the way personally...

Money will come in on the G men. Everyone will thinks since they must win they will somehow re capture what they had early in the season.

But they wont be able to. Dont think the players give a shit anymore, probably feel losing this game will ensure Coughlin's termination.
