SF is dominant at home and the Cards are horrible on the road. I think Barlow really steps it up in his first start of the year.

Dallas offense has been anemic against good defensive teams Tampa and NE of late with both games being a shutout. I'm a big Cowboy fan and I think Philly gets it here. The Cowboys D will have to come up big for Dallas to win. Parcells has been ultra conservative in his play calling against NE and Tampa. If he calls plays like that again they have no chance. Hopefully for Phillys sake Andy Reid wont call plays like he did against Tampa in the Championship game last year. That was horrible. Dallas can not run the football at all and Quincy Carter is playing like shit.
It very well could be a low scoring tight battle, but I don't see Dallas winning this game. Philly is looking for revenge from their loss to Dallas earlier this year. If Dallas wouldn't have run the onside kick back for a TD on the first play of the game it would of been a different story in that game.

Mr. T, Oren. I just feel Philly wins the game, don't know by how much, maybe 3 maybe 14. When Dallas losses they get their ass kicked, when they win it is close. I would not put Dallas on any teasers. Dallas does not know how to come from behind. If Dallas is forced to come from behind and pass Philly will eat Quincy's lunch.

On Tuesday Dallas cut their third string cornerback Derrick Ross. He was a decent corner, he missed a team function Monday and Parcells made an example out of him. The 4th string corner is pretty bad.

I can see your logic for Tampa and New England as they are currently ranked 5th and 8th in defense respectively. The Eagle defense is currently ranked 21st. Are you saying Phillys defense is right up there with Tampa and NE?

Big Lou--Philly D isn't quite as good as the others, but I look for them to come up huge on Dallas tomorrow. Quincy will F up tomorrow and the eagles will blitz him up the middle to stop the runs, because Dallas can not run outside. Philly will confuse the hell out of Quincy tomorrow. Unless Dallas does a lot of creative things on offense it will be a long day for the Dallas offense. Philly is getting healthy and Dallas has got blasted against Philly of late, excluding their first game this season.

Big Lou--The biggest mismatch is special teams. Why don't you let me know what you think of it. Cowboys Kicker is shooting 50% lately. The Punter is avegaging about 36 lately. The kickoff return guy to start the season was Swinton-he was traded to start the year to Detroit. Last week it was Ross who got cut earlier this week. Philly will probably be rated as the 23rd defense after this game because they will get two defensive touchdowns and be on the field more than Dallas D because of it. Phill's punter will average 6 more yards a punt and Phlly will be 3-3 on Fg's and Dallas will be 1 for 2.
Dallas sucks on the road. Do you think Parcells is the answer to Dallas problems against Philly. Last year Philly beat Dallas 44-13 in Philly and 27-3 in Dallas. Tomorrow you will see this domination once again.

Big Lou are you talking about that Tampa defense that couldn't stop a pee-wee team when it matters. Hell yes i'd take a Philly D that is finally healthy over Tampa.

 

Finally healthy is right! Dawkins and Taylor back for a 2nd week in a row and Johnson will bring the house time and time and time and time and time and time and time again. Welbourn is back on the O line and that will be a BIG key as the line is finally back together too.

A lot of reasons to like the birds in this game. Say what you want about the Pokes but the seasoned veterans of the Eagles will get it done. Period.

Like the teaser MFG I wonder what you thought about a SF first half play. I would think they would show up early and often against the hapless Cards in a revenge situation.
