well my best bets got off to a great start and have taken a slide in the past couple of weeks. Overconfidence might have played a small part in that, along with bad luck, and maybe a bad pick or two or three.

here's what I've got lined up this week:
2 team parlay:
pats over denver (win) Jets -2 over Raiders(best bet at -3) 5 units

Chicago +2 over Lions best bet. 2 units. Got a feeling about this one and Chicago is the better

team, right? My impression is they've improved while the Lions continue to suck. Plus they've already decisively(?) beat them once this year. Couple more thoughts in the Bears thread.

Good luck Oren. Are the Raiders going to stink it up tomorrow. I'll definitly play the Jets at in the second half if they are tied or losing at the half. I may play for the game as well.

haven't been paying much attention to the team this week, but they did play well at home against the chefs. The problem is they've got Rick Mirer at Q.B. and he looked terrible in the Lions game, and Pennington looked great in the second half of the Giants game. Might be a blow-out, but the Raiders will probably turn it into one of their ugly grudge-matches, then only lose in the last 5 minutes, if they're lucky, heh. The team has the talent to beat the Jets, but I'm somewhat confident that the coaches have lost control of the team and won't be able to come up with a feasable game plan for Mirer. They haven't been running the ball all year, and the Jets might think stop the run, make Mirer pass, so what are they going to do, let Mirer throw the ball up for grabs? Try to get their running game going with the Jets stacking the line? Their passing game has looked pretty weak, but did pick up a little with Porter coming back, but still, it's my play of the week.

No, you're wrong, the Bears still suck and they've played two terrible teams the past two weeks. I've won dough on them the past two weeks though and this is from a die-hard Bears fan from the Windy City

What I meant to say was they have been playing less sucky. They looked like the worst team in the history of the NFL week one, and just 2 weeks ago they beat these exact same Lions. You've got a point though. Even on they road I like them with the Lions top reciever out, and this fantasy report on Booker:

Nov 8 Bears' wide receiver Marty Booker, who has been sidelined since spraining his right ankle in week six, practiced for the third straight day on Friday. Booker was upgraded from questionable to probable for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Views: It looks like Booker will finally return to the lineup this Sunday. He makes a solid start against the Lions, as he had 10 catches for 157 yards the last time he faced them.

alright so the Bears really do continue to suck.

Wilkins is 2-3 on field goals of over 40 yards and stover is 2-4. Looks like an edge to the under to me.
