1. rex getting revenge on his former team
2. its time for fitzpatrick to start playing like fitzpatrick. he has been very uncharacteristically playing low turnover football. i think he regresses to his mean on a short week vs an aggressive defense and injured hand
3. people have been talking about the jets like they are a lock for a wildcard spot. i think they have a good d but when's the last time a team with fitzpatrick made the playoffs. or a team with brandon marshall?
4. mccoy looks like he is going to play and even if he doesnt karlos williams is a decent backup.
5. only concern for taking bills is that they have pats next week but since this is a thurs game there should be no reason for look ahead

1. better team getting revenge on the seahawks for beating up on them last yr when they were playing their 2nd and 3rd string qbs
2. seahawks have not impressed me in any game this yr. their wins have all come against the dregs of the league.
3. keep hearing about the seahawks are 12-1 in their last 13 games at century link. yeah, because they were a good team and going to the super bowl in each of the last two seasons. this team will struggle to stay at .500 this year. that's typically what happens to teams (other than the pats) who have a few good years in a row. they have to pay guys and they cant pay everyone. the guys that don't get paid leave or are disgruntled, and the guys that got paid arent as hungry. the nfl is designed for this to happen. keeps the parity and every team's fans always have hope at the beginning of the year.

1. similar to the seahawks, everyone keeps thinking this ravens team will win some games based on the fact that they were good last year. they are not only not good this year, they are competing with the lions for the worst record in the league. they have no talent outside of flacco. of course they are going to be bad. how they lay 5.5 is beyond me. maybe they win but it will be close either way
2. jags have some talent on offense. their defense sucks but wont matter since the ravens have no offensive weapons. i think they win this game on the road straight up but i'll take the points for insurance.
3.two teams with a similar record but the jags have something to play for while the ravens are just trying to finish out the season without a serious injury. of course i dont know this for a fact, but that's what i would be doing if i was on the ravens.
