Somehow went 2-1 last week, thought might go 3-0 or 2-0-1 as had Browns +7 but no such luck. That's no reason not to FADE me this week though, in fact coming off a winning week is even more a reason to FADE me, last time I won in the NFL back to back weeks was 1957 I think it was. Why keep pounding at a sport you can't win at? I wish I knew, stubborness I guess. Anyway here's my 3 plays for this week to do with what you will.......

Tampa +4

Jacksonville -3

NYGiants -2

Also a rather solid lean on the Browns, for some reason after two unbelievable weeks I can see the Steelers slipping here. Doesn't seem likely which is exactly why it's probable, no action on it though at this point. Good luck guys.

Like Tampa +4. Think game is near toss up for outright win. Bucs offense showing creativity with Gruden getting more comfortable with grise's strngths. Pittman's tough running should help Tampa by shortening length of game.

any opinion on the abscense of the browns lineman?
Jay - no specific opinion on it. To be clear I didn't play the Browns yet, in fact haven't even looked real close at it, just a general feeling I have the Steelers are ripe here for a letdown. They've just beat arguably 2 of the best teams in football, they're going into a divisional game on the road against a big rival where they are giving up points as the favorite, and they are banged up themselves. Last I heard Duece is very doubtful he will play and even the Bus is banged up. It's not near enough for me to make the play so if you have a lean the other way by all means take it, Steelers may win by 40, just sort of a gut feeling here that I expect the Browns to play well. Probably shouldn't have even mentioned it but wanted to hear what others had to say. Most people here understand the NFL is far away my weakest sport, always has been. For fun I am getting monitored at those places that touts belong to and I have made money in baseball, college football, starting out very well in hoops but s h i t the bed in the NFL again this year. Doubt it will change any time soon but I will still be here plugging away, just take my opinions for what they are. Good luck with your action sir.

I agree. Bucs are becoming a well rounded team in the last few games. I think it showed if their offense had just scored 17 points a game they would be 6-2 or 7-1 for the year. Well lately since Griese has gotten to play the offense has looked like a different team. Instead of going horizontal they are playing more vertical in their passing game. Galloway coming back and playing the last game has really helped as he is a field stretcher, he gives them the pure speed they need at wide out. Also JJ has come back and he gives them another nice outlet instead of looking for Clayton each time who has a GREAT year as a rookie. And by the way anytime the passing and running game begins to click you need to look up front, those guys have been playing much much better. Kenyatta notably. On the other side of the ball I can't see the defense playing as poorly back to back weeks like they did against KC, they usually play well against Vick. Anyway since we are on the same side I will save it but very happy to take +4 here, I can see them beating the Falcons by 10. Good luck to us.
