Unfortunately for me they went OVER against UCLA, but your point is well taken.

709, great point on Tenn - adding Monte Kiffin will help already stingy Def.

I project 41 for the total in that game, so I definitely lean to the under but not enough to make it a play. WKU opened vs. SEC teams twice in last 3 years and gave up 48 (UGA) and 49 (Fla). Those are stronger offenses but in this one WKU will have a fairly young, inexperienced D and Vols may pour on the points in game 1 of the Lane Kiffin era. . . .

Last year, WKU's totals were 44 (at Kentucky) and 40 (at Va Tech) so I think the line is fairly close.

T Man, funny that you mention UCLA last year. That under was a bad beat with an improbable comeback led by K Craft and 27 points in 4th Q and OT. If Tenn does run it up on WKU, it could help set up game 2 vs. UCLA as a great under play.
