Close one yesterday but were back on track.Today:
Under 9.5 (-107) Baltimore/Texas
Lets begin with the obvious the Under in Camden this year is 32-14.Now the starters....Chen (L) whos been great at home and Young (R) whos been MUCH better on the road than in Arlington.Chens home era is 2.28 (1.066 whip) and hes 5-2 Under.Youngs away era is 3.73 and is 5-3 Under in those starts.
These two teams had 23 baserunners last night and could only manage a push on a line of 9.The line is higher today IMO b/c of these two starters last few starts. However the majority of those starts for Chen were on the road and for Young were at home.I dont think the offenses get that many opportunites tonight.Texas is hitting only .244 vs LH starters (3.6 rpg),.255 on the road and .251 in their L7.Baltimore has been struggling to score as well....batting .267 at home (4.2 rpg), and .238 in thier L7 (3.0 rpg).Add to the mix....Darling the ump.His pitchcount is a mere 274 w/ a 64.2 strike % and only 5 walks/gm.Pitchers ump no doubt.
BOL.
