i'm gonna have to respectfully disagree here but you may be right. When I say i can see it going either way I say that because my instincts are generally poor.. i can't cap off of instincts or i'd lose. To be honest i could look at a -285 favorite and say.. " I could see it going either way".. that's just part of my mental set I suppose..
When you're talking about last years data i do not put too much emphasis upon the pitchers performance against specific teams.. I think if your putting a lot of weight on just those factors your are not doing much in terms of finding value.. that seems too much like guessing to me.. i like to make a line and bet off of that, i'm the type of person who needs a sort of algorithmic approach to betting.
Again for me this is just gonna be a super tiny bet on tampa.. we'll see how it goes.. good luck on your plays
