I am embarrassed by my poor showing in my most profitable sports. But of course I didnt necc bet actual money on my picks here were not based on line value or whether taking three -200 plays each day is worth it.

Holy shit. Holy smokes. Holy toledo. Holy mackerel.

As a group, we picked the last contest day of the month to destroy, I repeat, destroy "the books". We earned 4,606 points (when the previous high was a mere 2,491 points on May 19th)!

26 of us made picks today; guess how many of us had a net winning day (points-wise)? 23!!!

Yes, 23 winning & 3 losing.

ELEVEN of us hit 300 or more points!
THREE of us hit 400 or more points!

However, the current record points by a poster in a day (461 points by Shotgun on 5/22) was not broken. Someone came close by 13 points by winning 448 points today.

The last number to throw out is that as a group for the entire month of May (22 contest days), we hit a peak of a whopping 18,459 cumulative points after tonight! As someone pointed out a week ago, this would mean that if a RX member followed every valid, graded pick of every contestant for the line posted, including all cross bets, the RX member will still be up $18,459 dollars for just 22 days' worth of work! LOL.

Yep. Congratulations for being in the blue/black for the entire month after a great 414-pts night to give you +22 points for the month.

I lucked out with three dogs barking last night with 448-pts. I looked for heaviest dogs to give me a remote chance to reach the top; intentionally ignored TEX at +190 because I told myself, "I ain't fading Oakland's Haren". Little did I know that it was an afternoon game and Oakland had already won as I guessed. I loved CLE at +170 so it was a matter of which next 2 dogs to pick... +139, +139, +138, +137 being available. I struggled with them & eventually chose FLA & STL, both at +139. 3 out of 4 dogs won from that group anyway. Not important. I'm just babbling as usual.

Now a month has passed, I look back & it was an interesting roller coaster for me (being at top for 1 day or 2... in middle of month, no less... then a TERRIBLE 3rd week then a GREAT 4th week...). I'm sure everyone has their perspective of how they fared... you, SportSavant, as a great example, grinding out all month to get back over the hump. Same goes with Journeyman as he also had a great night last night to pull him over 0 once again. Good job, everyone.
