Laker/Orleans total went Over last night. A loss here.

Utah at home fighting for a playoff spot. Deep bench outscored Laker bench something like 50 to 10. Jazz catches N.O. without their leading scorers and coming in on a backtoback. N.O. hasn't been able to cover on the road 9 straight. In a fight over who the JAZZ moniker belongs to, Utah comes out on top tonight

Good Luck I like it. Hell, not only did they not cover their last on 9 on the road but they lost them straight up. They have some problems right now. Takke that first quarter away from last night and the game stays under rather easily.

Jazz -7 as a medium is my only play so far, as well. Guys like Armstrong and Wesley had strong starts last night, but faded significantly and are only real threat to another team. Hornets would be best served losing all their remaining games, although they will still probably be forced to be swept in the first round.

What do you think of Hawks +6 IFF Sura plays? ATL has had some problems v. the Heat last 7 or so, but they sure are good when rested and at home, esp. vs. strong teams. They also have a terrific revenge record at home v. East Coast teams.

Last thought...despite raw numbers which would lean under, I like the GS/TOR game over tonight. Clearly I would wait until post, but here is my thinking:

Toronto has finally reached the point of no playoff shot (not math, but realistic). Coach is a goner. Those fans who attend want a little entertainment to give them incentive to pony up for next year's seats. GS offense was humiliated last night and previous game v. Raptors. Esp. if Raptors cooperate with a little matador 'D', game could be played in the 190's, IMO. Smallish sample, but West Coast teams on late road trips tend toward OVERs in their second games if lost first game with relatively anemic offensive production.

Utah did it's job they might have the best bench in the league.
