MLB | LAD vs OAK
Play on: UNDER 7½ +105
Wednesday MLB Bonus Play. My selection is on the 'under' between Los Angeles and Oakland at 10:05 pm et on Wednesday.
We won with the 'under' in the opener of this series last night and I won't hesitate to go back to the well with the same play on Wednesday.
Clayton Kershaw will take the ball for the Dodgers. He's been rounding back into form lately, having worked at least six innings in six consecutive starts. Over his last three outings, spanning 19 2/3 innings pitched, he has allowed just four earned runs.
Mike Fiers will make his first start back with the A's after coming over from the Tigers. His last start was injury-shortened, but prior to that he had been working deep into ball games and pitching well. I expect him to put forth a strong performance in his first outing with his new club.
We're dealing with a relatively low total here but at the time of posting we're also looking at a plus money return with the 'under'. The low total is warranted in this case. Take the under (8*).
