I know a few of you guys around here are lawyers so maybe one of you can help. a close "friend" of mine is currently trying to win custody of his two kids.
currently the mother has physical custody and they have 50/50 legal custody.
the first court hearing, the judge ordered a social services evaluation. well the evaluation was just filed and it found heavily in favor of my friend. the social services lady RECOMMENDED HE GET 100% PHYSICAL AND LEGAL CUSTODY.
now the question i need answered is WHAT PERCENT OF THE TIME DO JUDGES GO AGAINST THESE RECOMMENDATIONS???
THANKS GUYS
