Seth Curry not only hooks the cav's guys arm to stop
him from getting to the hoop, but PURPOSELY and INTENTIONALLY does it.

The ref is standing right in front of the play and doesn't call it.

When the camera pans out to the side view, watch the bottom right corner of the screen,
after the player shoots the ball, Curry grabs the guy's arm and prevents him from
getting to the hoop. That was a foul. You can see it clearly.
