Watch out for Moneybookers!!!

I recently started to gamble online, won some money through Pinnaclesports and my winnings was sent moneybookers.
They sent my wire over 2 weeks ago and nothing!!
Moneybookers DOES NOT ANSWER emails, and no one answers phone.
The last time I tried to call, the only thing I said was wire transfer and someone hung up on me!!

Something is very wrong here. Please be aware of MONEYBOOKERS.

Use Moneybookers regularly for the last two years. Never had a problem. Their fees are far more competitive than rip-off merchants NETeller.

Well, I have sent them 7 emails
NO RESPONSE
I have found a few people who have had problems with them.
If they are so solid and reliable, WHERE IS MY WIRE AFTER 2 weeks and why do they refuse to respond! Their customer service sucks!
