I jumped on Washington at +110 yesterday thinking it was a generous number. At +120, (or higher), it's one of two strongest plays on the board.

This line can't go any higher than +120. Can it? Is Pittsburgh that much of a public team that this line goes higher? In my mind there is no comparison between the two. Washington is head and shoulders above Pittsburgh at this point of the season.

It's got nothing to do with Brashear.

It's Kozlov and they put Brooks Laich in his spot. He may not have the recongition of Kozlov but he's just as good.

Pittsburgh is without Cooke and a whole gang from last season's success that would fill this page.

Okay I'll give Pittsburgh the edge in net, they have home ice advantage, but roster to roster washington is the better team.

I'll likely be on the Pens tonight. Not because I think they're really that great, but it is more of a fade of Washington. I really don't think this is a good team. Pens at home should be bigger favorites. If they are -150 against Philly they should be at least -160 against the Caps (not saying that should be the line, just comparing a line against a better team).
