It's really hard for me to believe they wouldn't do an autopsy. I mean he is one of the most powerful people in the United States. I would think it should be standard procedure in a situation like this. I doubt if there was foul play but now we will never know for sure.

(Reuters) - U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia received last rites from a Catholic priest at the Texas ranch where he died, Elizabeth O'Hara, a spokeswoman for the Diocese of El Paso, said on Saturday.
