Have not started really looking yet Michel. Waiting on some info to hit my email. Do you have a dog in the hunt yet?
I'll need to see the Form with all past past performances, Jack. Won't even have a sense of things 'till Friday or Saturday. I know who the rightful favorite is (Fierceness). Now I have to try to figure if he can be beaten and if so who is gonna beat him. The thing I know is that he is a speed horse. If they run with him and he folds anything can happen. Need to see the Form.

So far I would say that 1 8 9 12 are the speed with Fierceness. If you watch the reply of the Holy Bull in a 7 horse field now ypu have 20 at the start of that race rhey squeezed and bumped Fierceness then he kind of rushed up and got into postion but down the stretch he ran out of gas and finished 3rd.I think he is the best horse in the race but his Florida Derby win was a crap field IMO having my doubts with the 17 post.Just my 2 censt so far looking at this race.

If they run with him and he folds anything can happen.... I'll add it usually does

Fierceness when he kind of rushed up and got into postion but down the stretch he ran out of gas and finished 3rd.I think he is the best horse in the race but his Florida Derby win was a crap field IMO having my doubts with the spot 17 the only one that had never won... Florida Derby, This horse has won the KD 25 times.... Wow

Florida Derby is a bit shorter than KD so maybe #17 will run out of gas again but I think leaving from post 17 could help him avoid traffic and what he had in Florida? Wait a minute.... Post 17 has never won the Derby!

Good points guys... 5 days and we'll have our winner.... 🚬

Fierceness is number #17 but will be in the #16 post due to the #9 Encino scratching.

Fierceness will be too short a price for me(he is 2-1 right now) as a win bet. I have him in multiple future exacta bets so I’ll let those ride with him. Sierra Leone and Catching Freedom are the 2 closers with probably the best chances to beat the favorite. They are 5/1 and 8/1 right now. The longshot horse I like is Domestic Product at 31/1 right now. He ran 2nd in the Holy Bull and then won the Tampa Bay in 2 races that were run at pedestrian paces. In the Holy Bull they ran a 25 second quarter and 50 second half mile(Fierceness was part of that pace) but Domestic Product was the only horse able to pass horses, including Fierceness to finish 2nd. In the TB Derby, factions of 25.1, 51 and 1:14 were even slower, but Domestic Product still was able to pass horses in the stretch and win. He will have much faster fractions to run into here and I think is a must use in exotics. He is also the stablemate of Sierra Leone and been training along side that one quite a bit.

I do think Fierceness is a deserving favorite and the one to beat. He is probably the only speed horse capable of carrying his speed the Derby distance. I think the1,5,8,12,13,18,19 and 21 all want to be forwardly placed so he will have plenty of company. It will be a fast pace. Dornoch and Track Phantom I think will be the main pace setters and both are very fast.

2nd Beyer figure wins! I'm glad it was 3-2-11 not 3-11-2 because
I almost Exacta boxed 3-6-7-11 just in case...

3-11 looks like a $350 exacta!

I thought #17 was limping after race?
