Because I'm on a Mac, there are a few internet things that I can't get into ... clicked on a 'background check' for another random Tanya Lea and it didn't work.

What kind of information is in there?

You can do background check on most anyone using google: keyword - background check, then select a link to whatever snoop outfit you want, it helps to know date of birth..

Regardless, this site is a big sign to me as to why identity theft is such a problem.

Spyware?? If you access this website using Internet Explorer and then run SpyBot-it will come back as "spyware" --"Hitbox" is what they call it.

If you use Firefox to go to the site--no cookies are registered; but it doesn't work correctly. (At least for me)
