lol - well, here's a serious suggestion: we are constantly having topics pop up like mushrooms on a lawn after a long rain, dealing with people rating sportsbooks. Lately, Olympic and Spiro has been the topic of some repetition - there are valid points on both sides, but for the newbie who's trying to get an honest consensus (or at least the opinions of a variety of people), it can be hit or miss depending on when they're looking.
The sportsbook reviews are fine, but I find other people's opinions to be worthwhile as well. So, my suggestion is to add a permanent feature to the site that would allow people to post opinions on a specific sportsbook under only one topic, and would be edited only in the interest of keeping it on point. When someone comes into the forum for the 21,345th time and asks about Canbet vs. Olympic, they can be helpfully directed to see not only the 'official site reviews' but also the opinions of the players. Naturally, I wonder whether books advertising here won't have an objection, but since these opinions float around here anyway, wouldn't it be more efficient to consolidate them into one area? Doesn't mean a JJ can't go off on Spiro when he's knocking back some tequila, it just means newbies won't have to wait until the topic fully gestates before getting a good picture of how the rabble (meaning us) view a book.
Second suggestion: do not allow a sportsbook like 911 to post a banner advertising a 50% sign-up bonus which is completely false.
