The government makes laws regarding HIPPA (patient privacy) which every single individual who comes in contact with patients, charts, insurance, etc. has to take training on ad nauseum as to not be able to violate this law. If you do violate this law, you can and most likely will be fined, banned from working with Medicare or Medicaid providers (which is everyone), and possible jail time if bad enough.

Sign up for Obamacare? Looks like they don't want to follow their own laws.

That is a major blunder and she made herself look like an idiot.

She is just a parrot up there. She kept referring to CMS...that is our government. They put this in place, and threw her to the wolves. I totally agree with her stance, she is not responsible for what goes on the webpage.

The point is how the government has to break their own laws to make this disaster work. People go to prison for violating HIPPA, but by their own law, they don't have to follow it.

You starting to get it yet? Big government power is corrupt, no matter what side of the isle it is on. Obamacare just circled the wagons on 13% of our entire economy. You think they really have the best interest of the people in mind?

Call me naive, call me round but I do think Obama had the people's best interest in mind. I don't think he knows what he got himself into, he ran on a platform and he is stuck with it. No doubt Big Government is corrupt and so is big business, big pharma, and health care in general. Back to the lady she should of said, "I don't agree that should be in there." When she was asked but they all deflect the questioning except for the gentleman at the end.

But the part I can't stand in the conservative base blaming Obama for everything. I would like conservatives to come up with a republican who has the people's best interest in mind. Maybe Scott Walker but none of these politicians do. I have not been here long enough but what was the conservatives opinion on Bush before Obama. Was it a positive backing or did the conservatives call him what he is a true cocksucker.

Well if that's the case then they have no cred bashing Obama. None period

They don't have any cred at all. We are dealing with the bottom of the barrel type people. Real degenerates. They loved everything Bush did, you should have seen Willies post about him. And Obama pretty much is Bush 2.0 lite and they all of a sudden are big time fiscal conservative anti-govt retards. They are embarrassing people

You should never use the word embarrassing. It hits to close to home.

Just as I start to see you as one of the few free thinking non-partisans down here you go and ruin it. It's a shame. Bush was a cocksucker who didn't have the people's interest in mind and Obama is a sympathetic figure who has the people's best interest in mind but got stuck with a platform. Have any facts to back up these feelings? Or just wishful thinking? I wish I had the ability to see into these guys minds to know their true intentions like you do. Must be nice.

Whether or not big pharma and health care in general is corrupt, they don't get to make the rules. BIG difference.

Here is an example given of what is coming, they make up the laws as they go along, break their own laws, and then apologize for nothing....and it took exactly 6 posts before resident tard comes in talking about George Bush and making arguments that have nothing to do but bash others in here, then hides behind the veil of ignorance.

Got stuck with a platform? He has only destroyed about 20% of what he really wanted to do during his tenure.

Well no, I don't have any facts, they are just a gut feeling, but the fact is he did run on a platform, they rushed it. I think his inexperience is mostly to blame but yeah I think he has the people's best interests but I have been wrong before.

Yeah I think he got stuck with his own platform, once he ran on it, he was stuck and forced it through. He wasn't going to change and his inexperience got the best of him that's just my opinion.

Bush really made my blood boil about a lot of issues, the guy wouldn't have accomplished anything without his daddy, he would be at 7/11.

I think a lot of them have made the rules, pharmacies and insurance companies are big pain in ass and they attempt to dictate how doctors and nurses treat with no care to the patient.

Now that I had time to sleep on it, here are some facts that would leave me to believe Obama has the people's best interest in mind. He is attempting to provide affordable health care for all citizens. He reversed Bush's deregulation of environment policies and attempting to improve environment and resources for generations. He overturned Bush's idiotic ban on stem cell research which could be paramount for disease cures. Obama has always put education as a priority. He extended benefits for those in need. So yeah I think he does have the people's best interests in mind but his platform may have been rushed especially when it comes to the ACA but then again he never had bipartisan help either and when you run a campaign people want answers. The right would make you think that the sky is falling, this falling sky was set in place many many years ago and O is the whipping boy.
