You are always more than welcomed to contact us and ask why this is so. But for public knowledge, we advise the following:

At RIO, payouts are processed 7 days a week. Same day payouts are available through NETeller, Western Union, or Sportsbook transfer. All payout requests received are processed and released according to a schedule. If your request is received after our final cut off for a given day, it is processed with the first batch the following day.
