GREAT customer service they have over there!!!

I asked the for a name and country to send my MONEYGRAM deposit. I get the name and country...send the money and tell them all the info via "Live Chat" PAUL says he will verify. 50 mins go by...no money. So, live chat again. I was told I sent it to the wrong country. They gave me the right name but they told me El Salvador and they only do Western Union via El Salvador!!! "Call Moneygram and they will change the destination" I call and NO they don't off that service. I have to go back cancell the transaction and resend.

Besides this being a big pain in the ass...why did nobody from customer service call me or email me to tell me I sent it to the wrong place during that 50 mins???

Only time I send them a money gram was when they gave me a name of a person that I called and gave them the info from Money Gram and WagerWeb told me they have to have 3 names not just the first and last. I said what kind of people do you have working there, Money grams aren't in my dining room, now I have to go back and change this s hit. Told them this is the first and last time I'll deal with a customer service that has no clue to what is needed. All of a sudden I was told Ok I'll get it through this one time. Well I said thank you cause its the only time I'll ever send you any money again! Lost it and will NEVER send again to any shop who gives me wrong info for an upgrade.
