I've been trying for a couple of days to contact customer service at Wagerweb, a site I discovered through visiting here. I've had emails bounce and the "live" chat support has been unavailable for at least 24 hours. Anyone know if this is common there? I've had a pretty mediocre experience there, to be honest, but I'm hoping my interaction has been uniquely terrible. Can anyone get a message to them to see if CS is still alive or if the whole thing went belly up already?
