Yes, made it to 3. I think they saved a lot of energy from the Cal debacle. He had a lot of support from an early move before he took it, up from +2 1/2 to -2. With a total of 63 good chance points won't matter, just pick a winner. Good bounce factor. By looking at his overall record I would speculate he hedged close to nothing. I have seen people in this spot hedge out completely, balance. If he is employed he could call 1800 owe cash. Would be a nightmare if all he ended up with was a hat and some crumbs.

I saw someone hit 18 in a row once. Then the 9/11 tragedy happened and he was not able to enter a pick from the several games being ppd.

becuase of the 1 week rule, he lost his streak of 18. The owners made no exception for him.

Classy move huh, especially with a national tragedy.

well, with the bill passed, this contest is going to get taken down anyways. I wouldn't be surprised if someone actually won and wagerline would puss out stating this new law. Come on, if they screwed that guy over like that during 9/11, I wouldn't be surprised.

BTW, if you think he is working for wagerline just because he quickly posts photos of himself, then think again. The bastards force him to do it after it is explicitly said in the terms of conditions.

I remember that 18 guy. Seemed like he just vanished, and the entire world is waiting for him to post number 19. That was not Wagerline's finest hour. OK, large 5 point move a complete dud. Not exactly the way to go needing that last game. Ducks are flying all over Zona St. just like Bears last week. So it is no bounce but a flat line. Speaking of flatlining, what did he end up with? KGB took some time between monkey spanking at the lemon tree. Not sure priceless is a word I would use if he did not hedge. So he got a hat, a dime and a memory? How would you sleep if you did not hedge? Oy vey.

My god what an ugly way to not win 100,000 in a 50/50 shot

Of course if you consider he had to win 20 games in a row to get there, I guess it really isnt 50/50

This could be one of those scenarios where he would have been best served losing at 19. I know that sounds stupid, but think about it. He is a career contest player, a super loser at everything. He strings together a monster winning streak, straight in the face of horrible records and gets a crappy hat, about the CRIS quality, I have one, A jacket, I got free software for capping, and a dime, I got a nick. However, that was about the best I could have got. He had a shot at 6 figures, probably had nothing on the other side, and will live with that miss until the day he dies. Maybe I am wrong, but that is how it reads to me. Is that a curse or a blessing?

Frog, think you are right. Sounds kind of like a curse. They are all in the wagerline forum talking about him. I do not envy the shoes he is wearing at the moment.

Here is what he said before the game :

No Chris, and on this forum I would not run around repeating that. Boy, what a brutal post. Seems like a real nice guy. A career loser and a square. That is what I was afraid of. This guy hedged nothing. What a bummer. Luck of the Irish I guess. Shamrock? He should be sitting on a 53 or 54 K profit, now he is off an emotional high to the dump. I hate to see shit like that happen. God does hate gamblers.

When they use the cliche "Cruel Twist of Fate" I will think of this guy.
