Anyone tried them? Interested to hear if anyone has played there.

I would love to play there - but their business model of: No juice, all wagers matched for up to $5000, and only $10 a month membership fee has me leary.

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

I saw something about this earlier and was told that they are a club...the $10 is for membership. They are in Las Vegas....so I do not know if this is legal.

No way would I touch this one. How can they be legal being based in Vegas? If they're trying to claim it's a private club and legal, unless you know for a fact it is I wouldn't do business with them, being located in the U.S. and taking wagers over phones. Just asking for an Uncle Sammy visit if they are ... and oh yeah, I don't want to be the guinea pig in a novel court case either ...

Good work Jazz, as always.

Could this be the latest Hedgesyn type scam in the sportsbetting industry? You sure called them out - they could never answer any of your questions.

Well, yeah, you never know - from the looks of that site, why risk it? Same as with Hedgesyn: if it looks too good to be true ...

I have often thought about this business model, it is a fascinating concept....

anybody sign up to see what the interface is like?

Also how do they guarantee any 'matches' less than 5K...seems weird....are they gonna book the bets at that point...

Finally I beleive the Monthly Service Fee would have to be higher than 10$ for the plan to work out...would love to find out more about these guys...

IMHO any USA residents using this place is asking to lose their freedom.

I am trying to figure out why they will not pay a client $13,850.

How long has the payment been delayed General?

I have seen a few shilly posts about this place at other forums - usually from new members. A wait and see approach is always good with any new book - in my opinion.

The payout was requested for $13,850 not 30K (My mistake)on March 23rd, but no reason has been given other than...

hello. this is the 2nd web site that **** has tried to have mediate this issue. i issued a statement before. herb broke the rules of our private club. wagerfree is not a sportsbook but a private club. **** has broken the rules of the club and his membership was cancelled and all monies forfited. we have many satisfied memebers who follow the rules and enjoy our services. wagerfree has never had a compaint of a member not getting paid on time and in full. wagerfree does not take any wagers itself.(our profit is made by our monthly fee) we are a club where members wagers are matched between themselves allowing there to be no "juice" on any wager. our decition with **** is final. we are not influenced by media good or bad since we a private club and accept or decline any membership we wish. this will be my final statement with your company in this matter.

My guess General ... the rule he broke was the unwritten rule of trying to withdraw an amount of money large enough to put a major dent in the profits of their Ponzi scheme.

Wow, with that reply it makes you wonder if Garet was with SIA mgmt. prior to starting his "club". I guess Garet makes ALL the decisions, and who is to say anyone will get paid if he doesnt want to pay you?

A pretty steep penalty for "****".

Wagerfree has yet to give a viable reason for their No pay and have threatened to sieze the players postup funds as well if he comments on this matter here or on MW. I think this is sick and hopefully someone will read that can get to these people and show them how to do business.
