VWAGER.COM WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I emailed VWAGER last
Thursday, April 29, 2004 12:11 PM asking them a pretty simple question ,how does your betting exchange system (INTRAGAME)works???

4 days later im still waiting for a simple answer,

While some companies prefer you to email them, I think V-Wager is the opposite and want you to call. V-Wager is the book I endorse the most and I have never had a problem with them EXCEPT for what you said. Sending them emails is almost worthless, it takes DAYS to get a response. Not sure why. Good Luck to you...

i expect from any book efficiency, if they list an email or a phone number i expect a good service not less ,if you cant offer a service dont offer it to the public.. guess i will try betfair instead
