Colts are too traditional to go with an alternative type of hire. He's the guy you hire when you realize you have nothing and try to out gimmick the competition. With the signing of these 2; Colts are clearly trying to go 7-9. Get a corner, O line, and D line and then go 19-0....Of course will be tough with the Texans in the same division. They have been so dominant for so long; has to eventually end.

Yeah, he could sure dominate as the Titans coach. College coach and not real qb usually work well in the NFL. Just ask Steve Spurrier.
