Seen the topic yesterday, seemed to be ruined by sportsbook/casino bonus usage, but I think this book is a fine outfit with a good solid reputation.

VIP SPORTSBOOK stole almost 2 dimes from me! Here is the situation

They sent me an email - some spam bs about a 100% bonus up the 200.00. I signed up and got it and put the 400.00 on a NETS ML +170 and the kings +6(spread) parlay and won a couple dimes. I played some in the casino as well. I ended up cashing out 2250 or so. I won in both the book and the casino. They said the bonus was intended for the casino only but the live chat said i could use it in both. The terms did not indicate otherwise

The next morning they changed their entire web page saying you couldn't use the bonus in the sportsbook (i had(not sure if i still have) screenshots proving this because i had luckily had a cache history of the old terms by accident).

So they refunded 600 or 650 to me i'll have to recheck my numbers and confiscated the other 1600 saying the bonus of 200 was not allowed for the book.

This is ridiculous and complete theft. I was told i could do it and how was i supposed to know when they spammed me with this crap.

COMPLETE TOTAL THIEVES I WOULD STAY AWAY. FAR AWAY UNTIL THEY COME TO A FAIR RESOLUTION THIS MATTER.

If someone is going to steal this much money on a simple honest mixup it shows their general character.

I believe you max. There was another player who had a problem and Allistair never returned my e-mail. It is obvious to me if you have a clue about anything and not just a pulse they don't want you.

After reading many times that VIP is a solidly financial book and always pays without a problem I decided to give them a call and ask about their bonus program. They informed me that they offer a 10% initial sign bonus BUT the amount is LIMITED to $100 when I asked what bonus I would receive for $2000. I then asked the person at VIP if I was correct that this translated into a 5% bonus and he agreed. If this book only gives a maximum of $100 in bonus money no matter what you deposit (which is not very competitive) and will chase you if you win, why would anyone sign up with them? I have to wonder if "super bookie" Art Manteris is running their shop. I guess that they will never be arrested for bookmaking. How can any book be afraid of players if that book has any clue as to what they are doing? I thought that volume was the name of the game and increases the book's leverage.

lets see posters want 10%-15%-20% unlimited amount bonus + dealing 10cent lines being it baseball season right now hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I don't think their bonus will be limited to $100 come football season Chaz

Either way "Oldfriend" has done a number on you guys and you are all now concentrating on bonusses instead of fast, prompt payouts

ball rash

I was only looking for a 10% bonus and no more as that is what I consider to be fair and competitive. I do not see the relevance of it being the baseball season now as my action will carry over into foots and hoops. Also, it is their choice to deal a dime or twenty cent line. Basically what I am intending to state is that all players are not bonus whores but we would like to received a competitve rate for our deposits.

And it's their choice to cap their bonus at $100 max also

92+% of gamblers lose, and 10-20% bonuses are worried over. Maybe I've figured it out.

It's faster to lose 5000 than 5500-6000.

Is that it?

If not, is it that all of these scalpers need them?

I now have two possible reasons to consider why bonuses are good. I'll keep seeking for the answer

Not pointing at you at all chaz. I'm just speaking about bonuses in general buddy.

I still do not get the big appeal.

General and Ball Rash

Your points are well taken and to a certain degree I am in agreement. The mitigating factor is that bonuses have evolved and become a standard industry practice to attract customers. My primary concern, as it should be, is getting paid in a timely manner without any excuses. Once that has been established then I would like to receive fair value for my deposit dollars and not take less than what other highly reputable shops are offering. Additionally, I would also like to feel that, if I get lucky, I will not be chased for having won. So now it becomes MY choice not to send them my hard earned money and, instead, will send it to another reputable shop that will give a fair 10% bonus for the entire amount.

This book is way overrated and their software sucks ass. They have ways to boot you even if you don't win with them. They can act like little goody two shoes, but lots of gamblers are starting to see through them. Only book i know of that gets really pissed when you call a wager in 3 to 5 minutes before gametime. Right before gameimte is the time when the books should want the money to come in because the bettor is acting more on impulse than anything else. You know what happens when a bettor does that?

Manager Joe detests winners and will cut limits as soon as you get on a hot streak. Internet is very outdated and difficult.
