I recieved a private EM inquiring whether or not VIP Sports was a wise choice for posting up funds. I have been doing searches, and hav'nt come up with any real info one way or another. Personally I know nothing about the book. Can anyone share thoughts or experiences that might help.

Thanks, wil.

From what I hear they always pay but they are quick to cut limits and do have some good dog prices.

You could do a search on your forum for VIPsport??

Or you could look at the 2 threads that were bumped today by all the PanAm crap.

Bill Dozer I did several searches on VIP Sports, VIP, VIP Sportsbook, and found nothing. Maybe I should have entered the search as one word "VIPSports", which I will do now.

Thanks, wil.

VIP, Gameday, Wall Street Sports, Bet19, betongames, and 5card charlie are all part of the same group. Excessive winning at any of them will get your limits cut. You can only play at 1 so don't bother with the others. They have different lines and bonus programs so choose wisely.

Got the patented "VIP BOOT" last year during March Madness. Others to play with that don't give you the boot when your on a winning streak. Mine don't last that long anyway

Possibly this was true in the past, but not true at all now. I signed up with both betongames and VIP at the same time and sent them this question:

I have a question Michelle. I have signed up at
VIPsports also today. I know both books are managed by VIP, is it worth it to me to use both books? Do VIP and betongames use the exact same lines?

Thanks,

They responded with this:

Dear Sir,

Thank you for contacting Bet On Games Member services.

We would like to inform you that both books offer different promotions at different times. Bonuses are different and lines are not always the same and could vary depending on the games.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Regards,
Michelle

You can definitely play at more than one of the VIP books at one time..............

Roger,
Yes, of course you can - but what everyone is saying is that once VIP sees that a player has a pulse and doesn't bet into the inflated favs or overs (obviously, instead taking the valued dog and under) then you'll get cut ... if you signup (or already play at) their other books you'll get cut/booted there too.

Yes, Lander that is what most in this thread are saying....but not monicus. My post was in direct response to monicus saying that you can only play at one VIP book, that you can't sign up at more than one or play at more than one. Hence the reason for me copying and pasting the statement monicus made before I made my comment.

I beat the crap out of them in '98 and haven't played there since that season. Never had my limits reduced and they paid promptly....but that was a longtime ago. A good out for dogs.

I do like their software though.

I have talked to people at gameday after I signed up at bet19 and they told me I can only play at one book. Squares can play at all of their books.
