If this trade goes down, Portland will be much improved and toronto will go in the opposite direction. Portland will be one of the league's deepest treams with Damon Stoudamire, Carter, Rose, Randolph and ratliff starting. Miles, Patterson, Van Exel, Pryzabilla off the bench. Maybe too many scorers for only one ball. But still should be improved.
