I'm a senior at Pitt... Lived across the floor my freshman year from Young, Fields, and Biggs... I REALLLLYYY like Pitt in this situation. I know these guys, and if that game they played earlier in the season was at the PETE, Pitt wins. I like PITT (thought, honestly, I will probably tease Nova to 7.5-8)... I think Pitt wins outright though... Jamie Dixon is a hell of a coach (but so is Wright, no doubt). Home cookin and bias aside, I feel Pitt wins this game and improves to the Final 4..Hell, I've already got my tickets!

all depends if Blair can stay out of foul trouble -- he played only 23 min in the first meeting. Pitt also didn't score 1 fg in the last 5 min of the game.

I would just play the total -- Under 142. Coin toss on the spread in my opinion

I still feel Pitt has a Jan/Feb type performanc in them in this tourney (meaning they will play well). I feel this is one of the tougher calls of the tournament.

Slight lean on Pitt, but a no play overall.

It has less to do with Blair staying out of foul trouble than it does Pitt's team defense. If they play like they did against OK State, Nova will have a 20 point lead at the half. Nova has been lights out all tourny long and, unlike OK State, they play sick defense. Pitt can't match Nova's guard play, imo. And Dixon is on an island against Jaime Wright, who is easily the single most underrated coach in the Big East. Dixon's scheme has no versatility, it never does. He has no ability to change schemes inside of a game like a good coach can. I think this is a bad spot for the Panthers. They cannot match Nova's speed or aggression or coaching.
