I got a check for $3000 last night...I made the withdraw on Sunday March 29...took ten days I cant complain Ive never had a problem with bookmaker and although this was the longest its taken for me to get a withdraw I'm assuming it was because I did it on a Sunday night. I have had multiple withdraws from bookmaker and never had a problem.....until now I took the check to the bank they called me back less then 1 hour later and told me the check was fraudulent and that it had bounced....so now what?

i received a check from bookmaker once and the same thing happened...they overnited a good check to me...just a glitch...they will fix it

So what exactly did you do to take care of the problem? Call someone??? They just told me to fax a copy of the check with a note to them

just give them the number of the check and the bank it is drawn on...

email that info to customer service and tell them to forward it to the right people...

if you have the ability to scan it and send....do that

Ok I just faxed them a copy of the check of at a 1800 940 number now what are they going to call me? This customer service is ridiculous they don't tell you anything useful

no you just tell them you want another check issued asap and overnited...

they should take care of you for the inconvenience

This is sketchy as fuck I have talk with two different people and provided two different numbers which I fax them the copy of the void check

Now she says we can't reissue the funds without the actual check and wants me to send it to them physically...Im just going to assume Im getting screwed out of this money

Why would I lie about getting paid out usually its the other way around people lying trying to talk up books so they can get more business

I just did seems like nobody around here really cares untill something happens to them....my theory holds true as you said youve had this exact issue happen to you with bookmaker.
